Puppy Classes

Having held puppies classes since 1995, we now run small friendly classes at the Strutts Centre in Belper, Derbyshire all year round.

These classes are designed for puppies who have completed their first course of vaccinations usually around 10 – 12 weeks. Any puppy up to 24 weeks can enrol for Puppy class, after which we have Adolescent classes for dogs
who are 6 months upwards.

These classes provide you with extensive information regarding your new puppy, how he or she may learn; the best ways to train your puppy; how to housetrain them quickly and effectively; and creating good social manners as
well as looking at their health, welfare and legal issues and how your puppy perceives their new world in your home.

Puppy One-to-One Training

For anyone unable to attend classes, or who would like to start their puppy training before vaccinations we also offer 1 to 1 training in your own home to address any specific problems you feel you have in conjunction with all
the usual basic training included in the classes.
